This fund was started by the Laura Goad Turner Charitable Foundation by way of a $400,000 matching gift. It gives grants to non-profits serving or operating in Allen County. The fund’s goal is to help non-profits in Allen County to meet current and emerging needs. The fund operates through a competitive grant process.

The mission of the Fund is to serve Christ by raising awareness of, and prevention and treatment of suicide and mental illness in the community served by the Foundation.

The woman who changed the face of Bowling Green, one refugee family at a time, continues her legacy through the Martha Ann “Mom” Deputy Scholarship Fund. Humanitarian and philanthropist Marty Deputy established the fund to aid refugees seeking high education degrees.
