This fund was started by the Laura Goad Turner Charitable Foundation by way of a $400,000 matching gift. It gives grants to non-profits serving or operating in Allen County. The fund’s goal is to help non-profits in Allen County to meet current and emerging needs. The fund operates through a competitive grant process.
